School Program 2011
Barcelona Moon Team is organizing a round of visits to schools to publicize a project that not only represents an extraordinary technical and financial challenge, but it is also a great opportunity to promote interest in science, technology and entrepreneurship among young people.
For this reason, the team will travel to schools upon request, to explain the project, its objectives and the team working on it, and the rationale behind the journey to the Moon, the knowledge gained still today with science performed there, and so on.
The talk lasts about 1½ hour, and schools participating in the initiative will become partners, which will bring their name onboard the module that will roam on the Moon.
